The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the fire protection district. They are charged by law with control of the district's affairs and the provision of fire protection and other emergency services rendered by the district to the residents and property owners within the district.
The Fire District Board of Trustees consists of five (5) members who are appointed to four-year terms by the Lake County Board.
Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 1:00 pm at Fire Station 1, 409 W. Nippersink Road, Round Lake, IL 60073.
